Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is in a resalable condition

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons.
